I found hygiene conditions were below acceptable limits. Blood withdrawal tray with cotton blood on it was flying here and there and no-one was removing it from location

Lot of things Resources are first to be improved. Good hygiene care and hygiene Audit is must to be done

I waited for 6 hours then they said it would be a other 11 hours wait so I went home and sorted it out with surgery next day although staff were alright.

Wendy phoned me to asked me if i was happy to participate. She was very helpful and explained everything.

Unfortunately when she sent me the link I couldn't access the QR code or the unique number that was required. I contacted Wendy again and she gave me my unique number to enter on the downloaded app. This worked. It might be beneficial just to give the patient the unique number at the start.

This place is utterly disorganised. I was booked in at the reception asking the usual questions but she booked me to a wrong place. I waited for 3 hours no one called me. I ask the doctor why ? He said your name is not in the system. He said its anadmin error. Now I have stayed 9 hours and don't know what time I will be called. Very poor patient care. This unit is called Same Day Emergency Care. I feel sorry for all the patients who are immensely suffering in this place. Time to put this place in order please.

All staff and doctors were very respectful. And very nice.

I think you over booked,which meant many people were moaning about the time we were all waiting. The waiting room was so full that there wasn't anywhere for people to sit.

After waiting more than 50 minutes for an ambulance that did not arrived we run to the nearest hospital. My mum could not move , she had severe pains on the lower back ,they gave her a chair that was not comfy at all , spent hours on the waiting area with no support at all. At nearly midnight , after 11 hours waiting we have been called , the doctor was really caring and able to listen and emphasises with my mum needs. Shock to hear no doctors were available on Saturday.

I patiently waited beside my mum , I am aware there are other emergency to deal but it does not mean being left without any info or support. Lack of organisation and staff missing on the department is not acceptable . Everyone was waiting to be seen , long queues and It was absolutely unhuman.
